Residential subdivision, Walter Place Kirwee
Challenge:
A group of three friends purchased a block of residential land in Kirwee and wanted it subdivided into at least 25 lots. They came to us to get help with the consenting, the surveying, and the engineering of a new road.
Solution:
Working alongside the Selwyn District Council in a township that contains more affordable land and housing developments, we helped our clients through the subdivision process. Through our knowledge and application of the rules, we were able to identify that with strategic staging our client could in fact achieve 27 lots in the same parcel of land, maximising the potential of the land available.
