Unit titles & cross leases
Unit titles are a form of subdivision that provides separate ownership of a dwelling. A cross lease is when one or more people own an undivided share in a piece of land. Site plans
Get a detailed drawing/plan to outline the exact way your land is intended to be used. Our site plans show the full extent of the existing or proposed development for architects, builders, engineers, and landscapers.
Topographical surveying
Topographic surveys are frequently required prior to lodging an application for subdivision, or needed to assist an engineer with their designs, or an architect with theirs. Our surveyors will determine the exact locations of all of the services on the site, as well as the spot heights over the site, building and tree locations, and the location of other features on the site.
